Is the phone consultation really free?

Yes. We talk through what’s failing, where, and what it would take to fix properly, and there’s no obligation to proceed. If the fix is something you can do yourself, we’ll say so.

Who actually bills me?

Eye Q does. Whatever mix of carrier services, hardware and support sits behind your setup, you get one monthly Eye Q bill, paid by direct debit. No carrier call centres, no split invoices.

You’re vendor-agnostic. What does that actually mean?

We’re not tied to any single carrier or hardware brand. We hold direct relationships across Telstra Wholesale, Optus, TPG, Vocus, nbn and Opticomm, plus Microsoft’s enterprise platforms, so the starting point is your site, not our stock room. We also white-label Superbolt’s digital signage platform, so screens and content management land on the same one bill. If you outgrow one provider, or a better commercial deal appears elsewhere, we move with you, not against you.

Do you only work with businesses?

Our customers are businesses, from a one-person operation to a national multi-site group. If you or your team need home nbn, we supply it and add it to your business bill: one relationship, one invoice.

Do I need to switch internet providers?

Usually not. Most problems are inside the building, not on the line. We’ll tell you plainly if the service is genuinely the bottleneck, and because we work across the major carriers, if a change is the right answer we arrange it directly and fold it into your one bill.

Is there a lock-in contract?

It depends on the service: some run month to month, others carry a contract term. Flexible month-to-month and contract options are available, and you see both in the proposal before you sign. Ongoing support isn’t a condition of the work.

How quickly can you get to us?

Every enquiry gets a reply within one business day, and we book consultations around your schedule. Urgent business outages are prioritised: call 1300 039 370 rather than emailing.

Do you offer finance for hardware or projects?

Yes. We can arrange business finance through trusted Australian finance partners for hardware, cabling, fitouts and larger IT or connectivity projects. It keeps cash in the business, spreads the cost into predictable monthly repayments, and approval is usually fast. Ask during your consultation and we’ll include finance options in your proposal.
